Hue has been on the market for six years and Philips provides a wide range of bulbs that can respond to anything on TV, from simple white to colour-changing bulbs. Several coloured lamps are also available.
Philips Hue White-these bulbs can be dimmed with the app but the temperature or colour can not be changed. Philips Hue Ambiance — you can turn these white bombs from the warm yellow light into a cooler white light, and you can change the colour temperature. Philips Hue Color Love-The colour love bulb is the highest in the series, and can fully change colour. So when you are looking at a horror movie, you can be red and a calming blue when you need to relax your stressed nerves afterwards.

Hive is best known for its thermostats, but it manufactures a whole range of intelligent technologies including switches, cameras, light bulbs and sensors. White bulbs, colour temperature adjustable bulbs, and colour shifting bulbs can be provided. LIFX, like Philips, provides a wide range of light bulbs, like traditional spotlights. You can switch between blades that change white and colour, and a hub needs to be attached to your router to run. You can power them with your voice if you have Amazon Echo or Google Home, and they are compatible with a number of clever hubs. LIFX makes even a night vision bulb that operates in the ordinary way to make infrarouge surveillance cameras more visible in the dark.

Osram

Osram calls the Lightify intelligent bulb programme, with white bulbs, colour-temperature bulbs, dimmable white bulbs and colour-moving bulbs. You’ll need a hub even if it doesn’t have to be wired on your router, so if you want routines or power bulbs on your voice, it will work with other intelligent hubs. The light bulbs and traditional bayonet and capsule bulbs are suitable for your range.
